This Policy governs all interactions with our Platform and services. By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices outlined herein. Should you disagree with any aspect of this Policy, please discontinue use of our Platform immediately.

Her AI employs comprehensive security measures including technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect collected information against unauthorized access, theft, loss, alteration, or destruction. While we implement industry-standard security protocols, we cannot guarantee absolute security for internet-based communications or data transmission.
General Retention Policy. We maintain your information for periods necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, how it's used, and your preferences. Information may be deleted or aggregated after these periods, subject to legal obligations, dispute resolution needs, and contract enforcement requirements.
Public Character Preservation. When you create a "Public" Character that achieves significant popularity thresholds, we may preserve that Character's attributes and maintain its availability on our Platform, even following account deletion. This preserves the experience for thousands of users actively engaging with popular Characters. To prevent retention of your personal information in such cases, avoid including personal details when creating Public Characters.
We provide multiple options for managing your information and privacy preferences:
Account Management. You can deactivate your account and verify, correct, update, or remove certain information through your profile settings.
Communication Preferences. Unsubscribe from marketing communications using the links provided in our emails. Note that administrative communications regarding Platform updates, policy changes, and service notices may continue.
Tracking and Analytics Controls. Opt out of certain cookie-based tracking and analytics as described in our cookie management section.
