Welcome to Her AI! These Terms of Service ("Agreement") establish the legal relationship between you and LIKELION, INC. ("Her AI," "we," "us," or the "Company") regarding your use of our website and application services (collectively, the "Platform").

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This Agreement includes mandatory arbitration and class action waiver provisions. By using our Platform, you agree to resolve disputes through individual arbitration rather than court proceedings or class actions. See the "Dispute Resolution" section for opt-out procedures.

When using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

2. Eligibility and Account Management

Age Requirements

• Users must be at least 14 years old
• EU residents must be at least 17 years old
• Minors below these thresholds are prohibited from using the Platform

Account Responsibilities

You must:

• Provide accurate, complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Properly log out after each session

We disclaim liability for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account.
